    自家的雪梨南杏羹

    秋天到了,有时会感觉口干舌燥,我上网找了一下,找了一个简单的羹。
    雪梨南杏羹,的确是生津润肺,喝下去很舒爽。为了这个羹,我还去超
    市买了两个
    炖盅回来,如下图,挺可爱的。左图是还没有开始炖,右边
    是成品。

    取南杏仁少许(其实就是中国杏仁),磨粉,我是自己用家里磨咖啡的
    机子磨的。雪梨一个,冰糖随你的爱好了。雪梨切成若干小块。将杏仁
    粉、雪梨、冰糖一齐放进炖盅内,加清水刚刚莫过雪梨即可,炖1小时
    后,饮汤食雪梨。本汤有清热生津、化痰止咳、润肺的作用。
